Dispatch and Delivery partner

●        Orders are fulfilled using trusted third-party delivery partners. While we strive for timely delivery, Auralith Home LLP works closely with shipping partners to avoid delays or damages caused by the courier service.

●        Orders are usually dispatched within 2–3 business days after payment confirmation.

●        Delivery normally takes 2–7 working days, depending on your location.

Order Status & Notifications

●        You will receive confirmation when your order is placed.

●        We will also notify you via email/SMS/Messaging service when your order is dispatched, with an estimated delivery date.

●        Please check your email (including spam folder) for updates.

Cancellations

●        Cancellation is allowed within 24 hours of placing the order if the order has not been dispatched.

●        Once your order is dispatched from our fulfilment centre, cancellation requests cannot be accepted.

Delays & Unforeseen Circumstances

●        While we aim to deliver within the timeframe, delays may occur due to weather, courier issues, or other force majeure conditions.

●        We will make an effort to inform you if such delays happen.
