Auralith Home LLP – Return & Exchange Policy

Effective Date: 1^st October 2025

What Qualifies for Return / Exchange

You may request a return/exchange if:

● A wrong item was delivered.

● The item is damaged or has a manufacturing defect.

Timeframes & Conditions

Requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery
Clear photos and/or videos of the issue are mandatory
Products must be:
- Unused
- In original packaging
- With all tags, inserts, and accessories intact
- In resaleable condition

Requests not meeting these conditions may be declined after inspection.

Exchange Policy

Exchanges are permitted only once per order
A flat exchange handling and shipping fee of ₹200 applies per approved exchange
Exchange requests require photo/video verification before approval
Replacement products are shipped only after the returned item passes quality inspection

Return & Refund Policy

For damaged or defective products, photos/videos must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery
Once approved, the product will be picked up and returned to our warehouse
Our Quality Assurance team will inspect the returned product
If approved:
- A flat return handling and shipping fee of ₹200 will be deducted from the refund amount
- Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days
If the product fails inspection (used, mishandled, or missing packaging), the return may be declined

Cancellations

● Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order (only if not dispatched).

Return Process

Email info@auralithhome.in with:
- Order number
- Clear photos/videos of the issue
After approval, we arrange a reverse pickup
After quality inspection:
- Refund (₹200 deducted) or
- Exchange shipped after ₹200 exchange fee confirmation
